We will carry out screening interviews and background checks prior to putting a particular candidate forward to meet our client for an informal introduction and chat.
This gives both the client and candidate an opportunity to meet and judge their suitability/capability.
Although we recommend this approach, we fully understand that not all clients will want to involve themselves in the recruitment process, if this is the case, you can be assured we will carry out the process with due diligence.
