Our Night Support and Concierge workers provide waking cover throughout the night providing continuous support and safeguarding to your vulnerable residents.
If you use Inform by Homeless link/Salesforce, you will be pleased to know that many of our clients also do, and we are more than happy to ensure our staff are trained to use Inform at your project if you require them too, the majority of our clients take advantage of this and find it extremely useful.
We offer our staff bespoke training tailored to match the demands of your particular project and client group.
