SMART - Support Mentoring and Response Team
If you have multiple projects within the same geographic area, our mobile support workers can provide a cost-effective alternative to having a support worker located at each of your projects.
Our Smart team services can be tailored to your particular needs and budget, typically a client will ask us to provide a roaming patrol calling in on several projects throughout the night and to also be available on the telephone to offer support and guidance when a physical response is not necessary, if a physical response is required, our Smart team will respond, where necessary they will coordinate emergency services and ensure that they remain on site until any situation is resolved.
Our focus is always on safeguarding your vulnerable residents and to that end our staff are adapt at prioritising the demands placed upon them during busy and challenging times.
Our Smart service can also be adapted to offer support to clients who employ their own in-house lone workers. Typically, lone workers will contact their on-call management team for reassurances when they are dealing with a particularly challenging situation. After a full consultation, our 24-hour Smart team can act as your own on call service offering peace of mind and a first point of contact to your lone workers, ensuring your own on call management team are only contacted in a true emergency.
If you have projects that are completely unmanned, Smart can also provide your residents with a point of call, and response service if required, this service level and any response parameters will be agreed in advance during a full consultation with you, our client.
