Chris Yates
Managing Director
Chris is a seasoned professional with nearly two decades of experience in the supported living sector. Driven by a passion for delivering exceptional services, he founded Serveco to provide a more tailored and comprehensive approach than traditional security companies and staffing agencies.
Steve Husband
Office Manager
Deals primarily with Serveco account management, recruitment and overseeing all things HR. Steve runs our support and administration office in Nottinghamshire.
Paul Jevons
Area Manager (South East)
With a natural talent for leadership and a deep-rooted desire to make a positive impact, Paul has been a valuable member of the Serveco team since 2014. He is dedicated to supporting and developing both our staff and the vulnerable individuals we work with.
Saqib Choudhry
Director of Care (CQC Registered / Nominated Individual)
As Director of Care, Saqib Choudhry provides strategic leadership and oversight of all care operations within the organisation. In his capacity as a CQC Registered and Nominated Individual, Saqib is accountable for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care in full compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements. His extensive experience in care management and quality governance underpins the Serveco Limited commitment to excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement across all services.

HR / Office
As our HR expert in Nottinghamshire, Sally is committed to fostering a thriving workplace culture. She handles a wide range of HR responsibilities, including recruitment, employee relations, and professional development.
