Tech-Enhanced Living (TEL) provides Serveco with a transformative opportunity to enhance support quality, improve outcomes for the people we support, and streamline operations. By integrating TEL into our services, individuals can maintain independence and wellbeing while staff are alerted to potential risks.
Remote monitoring devices, such as fall detection sensors and movement trackers, allow people in supported living & Domiciliary to live Independently, with staff receiving timely alerts. Digital care plans ensure our staff have up-to-date information and can document interventions instantly, supporting continuity of care. Data analytics identify trends and inform tailored interventions, while mobile care applications help staff record observations, track tasks, and communicate efficiently, reducing administrative burdens and improving responsiveness.
From an operational perspective, TEL enhances workforce efficiency. Scheduling and workforce management software (Parim) optimises staff rotas and ensures regulatory compliance. Online training platforms (Social Care TV) and digital competency assessments enable staff to upskill flexibly while maintaining CQC standards.
TEL also strengthens quality assurance and regulatory compliance. Electronic auditing tools facilitate inspections, risk assessments, and quality checks, while incident reporting systems allow real-time review and rapid action to improve safety.
