Since 2002, Serveco Limited has been a dedicated provider within the homelessness and social care sector, specialising in non-regulated support services. Over the past 22 years, we have built a wealth of experience and expertise, combining practical delivery with a deep understanding of the complexities of social care. Today, Serveco is proud to be a trusted partner of more than seven local authorities and health trusts, delivering tailored, specialist support services to individuals and communities across the UK.
Our history
Serveco Limited was founded by Christopher Andrew Yates in 2002 with a clear vision: to support people transitioning from institutional care and hospitals into independent living within their communities. Christopher’s commitment to social inclusion and the empowerment of communities remains at the heart of Serveco. These founding principles continue to shape our organisational culture and guide our approach, as we look forward to building a lasting legacy of social impact and positive change.
Our expansion and future vision
In 2025, Serveco embarked on an ambitious expansion, extending our services into CQC-regulated home care and supported living across the Midlands. This strategic development was driven by a recognised need for high-quality, personalised social care to benefit vulnerable individuals within the local community.
