Your support, your way
Our process begins with specialist assessors working closely with each individual to understand their needs, preferences, and goals. Together with families and professional networks, we ensure every detail is right from the ideal location and type of accommodation to the level of support required, including home adaptations and suitable housemates for companionship and confidence.
Once settled, each person has a personalised development plan, co-created with our team and their support network. Whether the goal is greater independence, education, or employment, we provide guidance and support every step of the way. Plans are regularly reviewed and adapted to ensure they continue to meet needs, promote growth, and deliver positive outcomes.

Training and development are central to our approach every team member has a clear career pathway, supported through ongoing learning and professional growth.
As a minimum, all of our support workers are working towards or have achieved the Care Certificate, with many bringing additional specialist skills and experience to their roles. Our commitment to supporting our staff is reflected in our retention rates: over a quarter of our team have been with Serveco for more than five years, and some have been with us since the very beginning. This stability allows us to build strong, lasting relationships with the people we support, guiding them through different stages of life and ensuring continuity of care.
