Our Strategic Transformation Plan
Since its establishment in 2002, Serveco Limited has grown into a trusted provider of support for people with complex needs across the UK. Christopher Andrew Yates our CEO, has worked in the supported living sector for over 25 years and founded Serveco Limited in 2002.
In 2024, he welcomed Saqib Choudhry as director of Care . Together, they launched an ambitious Transformation Plan designed to ensure Serveco is well equipped to meet the challenges facing the adult social care sector and to continue delivering the highest standards of care.
Focus on non-regulated services (since 2022)
Since 2022, Serveco has concentrated on delivering non-regulated support services, including assistance for people experiencing homelessness, alongside a broad range of other services. These non-regulated activities have allowed us to respond flexibly to individual needs while maintaining high standards of care. For more information on these services, please visit our Non-Regulated Services section.
Pathway to regulated activities
Recognising the evolving needs of the social care sector and the individuals we support, Serveco has recently achieved CQC registration to deliver regulated activities. This important milestone reflects our commitment to raising standards, expanding our services, and ensuring that vulnerable people across our communities can access safe, high-quality, and person-centred care.
Our registration allows us to provide regulated home care and supported living services, giving individuals the support they need to live independently while maintaining dignity, wellbeing, and choice.
To address the current challenges facing adult social care—rising demand, constrained funding, and workforce recruitment and retention—Serveco has implemented a comprehensive Transformation Plan, with the following key objectives:
